Poor service compared to previous experience - last time I'll use Music Mapie I'm afraid

I have used Music Magpie previously, got a free post label and took goods to post office and the whole transaction was complete in about 10 days, including time to get a cheque posted to me. This last experience was hopeless. I had to take the parcel to a shop as Music Magpie are now using "Collect It" and it was a good 10 days before I got any news that my parcel had been was even in the system (this was in October so goodness knows what it is like during peak times). The whole thing took over 3 weeks. I understand that they are trying to reduce costs and the post office perhaps aren't the most effective but surely they could negotiate something with GPO as a business for a better rate?
As there are many other forums for selling stuff thus will be the last time I use Music Magpie sadly as the hassle far exceeded the reward.
You need to look into this Music Magpie as a matter of urgency as I feel you will lose customers hand over fist otherwise.

I got an email offering free sunglasses if I bought a presecription pair from the £49+ range. I like to match my glasses with my outfits and my prescription sunglasses are a few prescriptions old now, well we haven't had a lot of sun have we?

This was an ideal opportunity to get fresh glasses and update my sunglasses. Once again faultless and speedy service from Glasses Direct. I'll look great on my motorbike, when the sun does come out!
