BUSINESS???? A JOKE MORE LIKE!

I booked a collection 2 weeks ago - it still hasn't arrived. You have to pay for their customer service and they keep you holding on and do not answer your questions!
The collection took place after a week and I am still waiting for delivery!
I'm surprised they're still in business!!
INTERPARCEL NOT A BUSINESS BUT A JOKE!
