Website crashes on certain choice options

i tried ordering a certain bottle of wine 6 times and everytime I clicked on it the website came up with a 'sorry, technical difficulties' message. Very frustrating!

Good choice, but badly fitting cheaply made costumes

i ordered 2 different costumes both were made very cheaply, poor quality and poor fit. Worse of all you have to pay to return your items!

Jokers' Masquerade work closely with the suppliers of our costumes and your feedback regarding the quality will be passed directly onto them. We will conduct our own internal investigation and if we feel the items are not up to our own high expectations of standards then the items will be removed from the portfolio. If you decide to change your mind within the 7 day cooling off period you have the right under Distance Selling Regulations to return any item back for a refund at your own cost. If an item is faulty we offer a freepost address. We are sorry you are disappointed in the products but hope that the overall service you have received from us as the retailer has been sufficient enough to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
