Jokers' Masquerade work closely with the suppliers of our costumes and your feedback regarding the quality will be passed directly onto them. We will conduct our own internal investigation and if we feel the items are not up to our own high expectations of standards then the items will be removed from the portfolio. If you decide to change your mind within the 7 day cooling off period you have the right under Distance Selling Regulations to return any item back for a refund at your own cost. If an item is faulty we offer a freepost address.
