Quality, clean and good value shopping

Aldi is always clean and tidy and stocks fresh, good quality produce. The Aldi brand goods are as good as the branded items and at better prices. I regularly buy some of Aldi's special purchases that have been of good quality and at good prices. On the rare occasions that I have had a problem with goods, the store has replaced them or refunded the money without a quibble.

Good price but not always best service

I have talktalk broadband, home phone and mobile package. The service is okay but the level of customer service is poor. The help section of the website spins you around and never seems to answer the question.
If talktalk could sort the customer help area they would be hard to beat but, as things stand, I will be tempted to move to another provider when my current contract expires.

Excellent Advice and guidance

Moneysavingexpert is always my first port of call for advice and guidance regarding the best deals, the best rates and the best consumer advice. Through this website I have saved hundreds of pounds and ensured that the chance of getting ripped off has been minimised.

Always excellent experience with Amazon

I have used Amazon for a number of years and bought a whole variety of goods via the efficient Amazon website. On the very rare occasion when goods have not arrived, the Amazon process has allowed for a speedy resolution.
In addition, Amazon sign up to the Easyfundraising website and this allows me to donate to worthwhile causes when ordering.

easy peasy service

Ordered a gas tumble dryer from GreenandEasy. Price was very competitive and ordering was simple. Delivery Company phoned me on Friday to tell me the delivery would be within a 2 hour window on the following Monday. Delivery driver phoned at 9am to say he would be with me at 10am. He arrived at 10:05am.
Although the dryer has not yet been installed, the service so far from GreenandEasy has been excellent.

Glasses Direct

good value glasses - you get exactly what you pay for

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses via the Living Social voucher scheme. This resulted in 2 pairs of prescription glasses for the grand price of £18 plus a few pounds p&p. The glasses are not the same quality as my high street main pair but are more than suitable for spares / working glasses. I have recommended glasses direct to many friends and family.
