The courier company used didn't deliver and said
They left goods even though I was home all day. Took 3 weeks to receive the cat food and should have received gift as stated but didn't. If it wasn't for good telephone agent I wouldn't use them again. But as

Purchased items for my son who is dyng to cook a paella. Christmas is coming, so ordered what I thought would be ideal. Ordered somethng for me and something for my daughter. Cannot believe it came the next day, delivery was quick and easy and packed really well.
I wished I had ordered more which means I will before christmas and dont have to rely on my cousin sending me things fro Barcelona now.

Ordered early afternoon and was sent a text message later in the evening saying 'your parcel has been despatched and will be delivered by Citylink tomorrow between 0830-17.30 with the tracking number. Really happy with that, had the day off work,, checked the status on line. Courier web site said, delivery had been sent to delivery depot for delivery today, checked a couple of times. Then at 17.20 I called VioVet and the lady who took the call was lovely and helpful, she promised to get back to me asap. A while passsed, true to her word, she called back saying that the delivery company had sent the goods to the wrong depot and it said that on the website I pointed out it wasnt what the courier website said, she took down what the site had on it and whilst i was on the phone, would you believe i refreshed the page, they had changed the status. Such a shame Viovet were let down by courier.
