Slow delivery, DOA drive, non-existant customer service

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the Mass. Atty Gen office as well as the BBB. Website made it appear that the drive was NEW, but in fact was a 'new pull'... in other words a used piece of equipment, and who knows if it was even tested. HArd drive ordered on 2/19 and did not receive it for almost 2 weeks, got it on 3/2 or 3/3... Drive was DOA, opened a ticket on 3/8, and get a response...

umm.. no, this is NOT sufficient.

I get a email at 9:30am this morning stating they will send me RMA info, but as of 5pm, they still have not. Horrible service, slow ship, deceptive website... be warned!!!
