I love the products and the company. I feel that they have changed the market in terms of what consumers are happy to accept in relation to design and overall the product itself. A real contender for changing the way we think about things as well as increasing competition. Customer service was very helpful and so polite to both me and other people involved in communications - handled the multiple contact points so professionally.
I have never struggled to find fault with amazon! Orders always turn up early - sometimes weeks before the expected delivery date. I've always found it a good value for money website - even if it means I am searching for the best price for a little longer. A brilliant website for secondhand books for a university degree. Even customer services are polite and extremely helpful. I can see myself using this website for years to come if they keep up the good work - I've already recommended them to all of my friends!
As the title suggests, I have only had little hiccups in terms of signal but that is, obviously, dependant on where I am. When I visit family I quite often struggle to find single but back home, there is not a single thing I can complain about. I love the all you can eat data and the deal I got on the iPhone was just brilliant - perfect for me! I was introduced to 3 after using their dongle - which again has had slow moments but overall nothing to complain about.
I would recommend 3 to anyone who wants loads of data and who uses a lot of mins/texts with the warning of checking the signal strengths.
I had been searching for a few months now into the best option for insurance for my gadget once the already signed contract had run out, I was happily surprised to find that through this company I was able to get the same level of cover at more than half the cost I was already paying. Cover started immediately and whilst being updated from the website via email, I've not had a thing to worry about. Often now-a-days things are 'too-good-to-be-true', this certainly isn't the case - I wish I had started sooner.
