a good company for all
ordered Einhell chainsaw with starter kit helmet gloves etc about 1430 on line.
got emails throughout afternoon telling me will be delivered tomorrow with parcel company and tracking number.
Had phone call from parcel company saying will be there with in the hour and it was less than 30 mins and it was in my hands
my brand new chainsaw which is awsume for the logs we have on the farm.

if your just a buyer its not for you or me yes there is the odd bargain but then you have to put postage on, and then it works out more expensive than the likes of getting it from Amazon or play with free next day delivery on most items

i am a prime customer which means i get all my orders next day as long as i pick prime, never failed me yet from cds,bluerays, coffee,shoes trainers, clothing,pc products.
Always the best price and car spares brake pads etc tools its all there as long as you can wait next day.

the gripe i have is when ive ordered something for delivery it shows as despatched on my profile with you when in fact its not despatched to me all thats happened is its despached to some other courier firm for a couple of days before its even on route to a customer, i know its all money with a company like this but 4 days for a delivery that most ppl would source elswere if they know the truth about your 2-4day delivery policy.
The other problem i had was e-mail customer services, i sent two e-mails requesting help with the fact it says despatched on my profile and could you confirm exactly what this means to the customer apparently not alot as 36hrs later i got e-mail saying sorry for lateness its at another couriers depot.

Your order was placed on 9/04/12 and delivered on 12/04/12 using our free standard delivery service which is stated as 2-4 days.
For clarification, 'despatched' on our system means the goods have been collected by the carrier from our warehouse in Wembley.
Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused and I give you my assurance that we will do much better next time.
