Fantastic prices combined with great service and that usually elusive 1 hr delivery slot, who could ask for more?

I buy a lot of items on the internet and am usually frustrated that it still appears impossible to find out when the item will arrive. The usual 0800-1800 delivery slot is not practical - who wants to wait in all day? How refreshing to hear that there will be a one hour delivery slot, which is both emailed and text to me (I was pretty skeptical this would work). Having eaten my words the items arrived within the time slot, well packed and in perfect condition. Would definitely check this website first when looking for appliances. It's just unfortunate they didn't stock all the items I wanted, so today I'm waiting in for a morning delivery, so that's up to 4 hours.
