I just find them so efficient. I have had a couple of problems over the years but they have always dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Even at Christmas you can guarantee things will get through. Would be lost without them.

Brilliant - What a find

I am new to them but have received my first purchase no probs - and it was a real bargain. I like the things they do and find it easy to use. Would definitely recommend them for that something special.

Impossible to deal with

I just find them impossible to deal with. You have to phone, I have tried doing email complaints and after 48 hours they just send an email saying phone. But when you phone you are patronised ' what a lovely name' etc and it just takes so long. Just find their customer services totally frustrating.
