Slow delivery! Rubbish packaging!

I ordered hair straighteners on a Tuesday and did not recieve them until the following Monday! The delivery info on website states 2-3 working days so I waited in for 3 days for an item that didn't arrive til the following week! When it finally did arrive the box was damaged and had very obviously been opened before it reached me!after spending £120 on a product I expect a speedy delivery and a top notch condition product and unfortunately did not get either! Product works well but overall very disappointed! Won't be shopping here again :(
