I too ordered 2 Navy Bean Bags on 26th October through an offer with Who Pays Full Price.2 postage charges were debited to my account. They were for Christmas presents but, as time went on realised they would not arrive in time, One was eventually delivered between Christmas and New Year-No sign of Number 2! I emailed and was told that I only ordered ONE-So why did you take TWO Postage charges from my Account? I then found my voucher codes and ordered !anotheess what no Bean Bagr on 10 January. deliver was due W/C 3rd March-Guess what No Bean Bag! I@ve emailed several times and eventually got a reply from 'Mike@ who told me to contact Master Logistics the delivery company, I did and was told by Sue that a load were sent out W/C 26th March, so wait till beginning of the next week. Then it was Easter so left until the week after , emailed Infurn again-No reply, Phoned Master logitics and emailed, told to email another email address-Still no bean Bag or response! All I want to know is when is this Bean Bag going to be delivered? My account says it is with DHL 30/3/12-Tracking Number INVALID! Also my refund for the original Postage, when will that be sorted out? I hope that someone from Infurn will see this and respond by telephone as I have requested in numerous emails!-Pigs might Fly.
UPDATE_20th April 2012- I eventually got hold of Sonja Harris yesterday morning-a human being at last! Her number is on the right hand side of this page. She told me that BCC was a freight company in Spain and that my order was due to be delivered today, if it didn't arrive to phone her at 5pm and she'll look into it further for me.
Well low and behold 8.15Am ring at the door bell and You Guessed it My Bean Bag has arrived with City Link.
