Sorry you had problems with your order. I've had a look into this. Our courier informed us that the delivery was refused, but I understand because of your location there are sometimes problems with deliveries. Our records show that a refund was issued on the 11th April. I've asked someone from our sales support team to contact you directly to get to the bottom of this.
