Awaiting for 2 parcels, finally I was contacted by the company who had sent them to inform me that they had received a phone call from a very honest gentleman to say he had received the parcels, as the comapny has stuck on new labels with incorrect address, had to wait a further 2 days before I finally received the parcels, in the meantime I had to telephone city link and the sender of the parcels to find out when I could expect the delivery, SHOCKING
Ordered bird food from Brinvale, order was despatched but did not arrive at my address. Many phone calls to XDP couriers, spoke to a guy called Ralph at XDP, he was very unhelpful. Seemingly Pegasus, who they subcontract delivery to in the Highlands had told XDP they had delivered my parcels to my address, when they had not. Eventually my parcel were located, they had been delivered to another customer of theirs, despite the correct name, address and postcode being placed on the outside of the parcels. I have also had other delivery problems with XDP and Pegasus.
Customer Service at XDP Leicester and Pegasus Inverness are non existent. My personal experience with both companys' employees is the would not recognise the truth if it slapped them in the face. POOR, POOR, POOR service, avoid like the plague
