Vi var glædeligt overraskede over det store, brede udvalg frøbutikken.dk fører. Vi ledte efter noget udsædvanligt og det fandt vi! Der var gode beskrivelser af alle de frø vi kiggede på, og således også foreslag til naboplanter. Rigtig fint for os nybegyndere!
Ekspeditionen var hurtig og professionel - således oplyser de at de sender via B-post. Og vi fik alligevel frøene ind af brevsprækken i dag - 2 dage efter bestilling. Simpelthen fremragende.
Og det trækker kun op at det hele var pakket meget pænt ind, i egne frøposer med egne labelse og så var der ovenikøbet en lille ekstra pose frø.

Det kører da åbenbart rimelig godt for HM eftersom de mener de kan behandle deres kunder som det passer dem.
Som så mange andre har jeg et problem med deres leverings/returneringsomkostninger!
Desuden er jeg simpelthen så træt af at alting enten er udsolgt eller har 3-4 ugers levering. Så er varen simpelthen heller ikke bedre, og pasformen og kvaliteten er som regel skandaløs. Det er efterhånden kun til mine meget små børn jeg gider at købe tøj hos HM, eftersom de vokser så hurtigt ud af det at det kun skal bruges en enkelt sæson - og det er egentlig kun det helt basale.
Men jeg synes nu stadig det er for dårligt at det tager dem over en måned at diske op med et par leggings og 3 t-shirts - og egentlig er den eneste grund til at jeg overhovedet købte noget denne gang at jeg støvede en rabatkode op der dækkede fragten.
Jeg var så lige inde og tjekke op på ordren, og selvom jeg én gang havde valgt at få det hele sendt samlet havde de alligevel den frækhed at splitte det op og sige at der pludselig var et par grå leggings der var for lille en ordre til at eftersende.
Jeg burde efterhånden vide bedre! Men uha altså - den t-shirt til 20,- er da værd at vente på.

It is kind of pricy, at £10, but they had THE gift item I was looking for! But still fantastic that it arrived in DK after 2 days!

The Kindle shop is also great! Although it does not hold all titles, it is great that you can se a sample before buying!
I love figleaves! A lot! I have used them for a so many purchases over the years! And always end up with things I can't live without.
They have such a huge selection of everything thinkable in underwear, lounge-wear and more! From basics to boudoir!
They have the trunks my husband prefer as well as a range of maternity bras that makes you feel comfy and mummylicious. And the sassy underwear that is not mummyish at all!
They are very generous with their discounts and offers, and I have never had any bad experience. I even love that they wrap your items in a sheet of silk paper.
The only downside is (for overseas buyers) that if you are going to return anything, you will have to pay the postage yourself. It may seem like a little thing, but here in DK it is a rather expensive affair. And this is such a huge site, that you should think they could afford to put a free return label with your order.
This company offers great spanish brands, such as Desigual at fair prices and has a multitude of different discounts and voucher. That all sounds good - but getting your items are a whole other story!
I wanted to make a "test-buy" - a cute, but not too pricy item - to check this page out! So on march 11th I ordered a yellow dress, thinking that was time enough for it to reach DK by April 1rst.
Being used to ordering things from abroad regularly I started wondering after 5 days or so, why I had not received a shipping notification. I contacted them and they said that there would be some delay. Well I did not worry at first, but after 10 days I was outraged...
On their site I saw the same dress on sale!!
I contacted them again. and they were so friendly and offered me a full refund if I cancelled - so I thought why not give them a chance and see what happens (I paid through paypal so I felt secure).
I almost forgot about but on april 11th I thought I would check up on the order status, it was still processing so I asked for a refund.
They said they would process it monday (yesterday) but I haven't heard anything yet and I have now filed a dispute claim through paypal!
Better safe than sorry!!!
