Ordering was fine, but then received an email four days later to say they couldn't source one of the items and to refund me for this. It obviously delayed the shipping though and so this arrived 7 days after ordering which is a lot longer than last time. I was beginning to panic as some of the items were needed fairly urgently but you can't search for or complain about late delivery until 10 days after purchase. At least I'm aware of this now and so won't order from them again if it's something I need quickly.
