Utterly Useless and incompetent

There should be laws or regulations that monitor such incompetent and fraudulent practices perpetuated by this stupid company. Its been 5 days now and I still haven't gotten my next day delivery package. The same message has been on the tracker for four days. I called their office and was told they would send an email to the depot and that they didn't have a number to that depot? Mental I tell you
