I have TV.... had to drop HD and few packages...Broadband Very good never hand any problems...same network box from Sky over 10 years !...but they charge me a free £5 or £10 for not using there telephone service..each month.Staff are good and do try to help in any way.If we were able to access Virgin I would change...This second...Sky..Greed is the watchword.
I left the the company for poor service and over charging..My daughter against my advice used Talktalk for Broadband..Dec 2011 connected...Now April 2012 after call after call after call...still does not work...AT ALL...sorry get the act together is my advice.
