They tried charging me over £50.00 just to change the number the 0800 points to then tried charging me to cancel the contract.
Had order an item from high street tv, and had found that It would be difficult to return. Company had offered to pay for return and then refunded the amount whilst keeping the item. Would recommend high street tv look into the return problem I had raised for other customers.
Me & My Wife had both our dogs groomed a Bichon Frise & a King Charles spaniel at Furkutz. They both come out happy and smelling nice. They both seem happy.
Both cuts seem good and they look fresh.Cost is reasonable however, I would recommend that the company put prices on their website though as customers like to know what they will be paying.My experience is some customers use a business for their god service rather than price. I have waited for two days for a delivery from this company. I was assured by email that they received the item late.so that's the reason they couldn't deliver original time. Then I received an email saying they attempted delivery. Liars! All they have done is fobbed me off with lies, hate the lie. It's unacceptable that they employ drivers who lie. No wonder they have a bad reputation. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I now have refused the order. From Littlewood's who are in partnership with this company. I intend to close my account with them also!
Received this from yodel after waiting in for two days ensuring there was someone in to receive the delivery. Was then told the driver is in Romford. and he did not leave a card. well I sure I could have told you that I was sitting in all day!

UPDATE: the company have now delivered the item, note to them, we understand you are busy, I have no problem with an email from you saying the driver has it on board maybe late ect, that way it's the truth. U try to palm people off with a lie, that's when the get annoyed. I well the matter is now closed. I only ask that please can you show others the respect they deserve?

Did you know once you have bought an item you cant get a refund only a voucher?
got contract with these few years back.sold to me by third party. orange didn't accept the fact of promises of buy out old contract so was left to pick up the bill. I ended the contract n they sent debt collectors for £45.00 owing which the debt collection company say its over £800.00!
Ordered my item on 9th! its 18th now n still waiting! Parcels delivered by yodel so i need say no more. Update on parcel. Still not received parcel its now 19th! Call them they say its stuck in depo & email to get it onto a van. Stay clear of this type of courier if you want o keep customers!

It is a welcome relief knowing a company with great customer service considering there are many that do not have that do they. Will use again and recommend to others :)
Ordered my parts on-line paid for next day delivery however believe carparts4less.co.uk had some problems with there couriers delivering parts on time. So Cant Blame them for that! After getting connected to right person which had duplicate parts delivered & Refunded my deliver cost all went well! Must say parts were as ordered and very well priced so suppose one cant complain too much. I will stand on my discussion with person spoken too on its not worth loosing customers not having the correct couriers! I would use again no problem However it would put me off ordering again if delivery goes bad wouldn't it. May the Love of God be with the one Spoken too :)
