I thought I had purchased a picnic basket from HGC, and contacted them because a wine glass was broken. It turned out I had actually purchased from Amazon, who were then out of stock for a replacement. So I ordered one from HGC - the man I dealt with was friendly, and very helpful; knowing that time was of the essence, he rang me to assure me that the new basket was on its way; and even persuaded the manufacturer to include some contents which had been in the original item but were not usually available from HGC. Five stars are not enough to rate the service I received - should be ten!
