Orderd a pair of sneaker to my girlfriend for Christmas, she was in Denmark, I was in France.
I paid about 110€ and recieved an order confirmation, I was happy, and on Christmas day, I told her about the present arriving alittle late.
A few days after I recieve a mail from Paypal (not Size.co.uk) that the money had been send back to my acount.
Hmmm nothing from size, no warning of a cancelation, no apology, NOTHING!
Så I write them, and ask about my order, they by the way have a five days responsetime, according to there website.
After five day, I write them again.
The day after, they write me back, that my order was delivered the same date.
Only this was a new order, made two days after the original one.
They did not even consider reading my mail proberly, and did not look at the order number i left in the mail to begin with.
I wrote them again clearly.
Now four days later AGAIN, I recieve a new mail, explaining how there system i suposed to work, but did not.
Still no apology for my lost christmas present, the trouble, or the waiting.
No promo code, to say that they were sorry, NOTHING!
They clearly dont give a ............. about a customer, buying seven pairs of sneaker from them, last year alone.
It is when you need the costumer service, a store like SIZE.CO.UK shows its true face.
Fair pris på mine nye ram klodser, og super hurtig levering.
Alt fungerede, og computersalg får 4 stjerner for dette køb.
Men efter at have læst Kaj Christiansens indlæg herinde, kommer jeg nok ikke tilbage selvom min personlige oplevelse var positiv.

Copypaste af mail samtale, efter køb af sko til 1200kr med misfarvning.
Hej Unisport, jeg er egentlig glad for min nye sko, men efter at have
brugt dem i to dage, ser jeg pludselig at der er en nuance forskel på
snørebåndene, hvor det ene er helt sort, er det andet nærmest sort nogle steder, og gråt andre steder.
Det ligner næsten at snørebåndet er blevet solbleget på den ene, hvilket jeg dog ikke tror er det som er sket, men det er det som det ligner.

Jeg bruger jo skoen, så syntes det er en smule meget at gøre ud af det, at sende hele skoen ind til jer.
Man kan se en smule på billedet, men hvis der skal ske nogen form for reklamation så skal de sendes ind.
Dette kan dog også forekomme da skoene får lidt slid og kan blive beskidte, så tvivler desværre på hvad vi kan gøre :(

Nu var de jo kun brugt to dage da jeg opdagede det, og de har ikke været udsat for noget specielt, så det er bestemt ikke slid eller smuds.
Jeg kan slet ikke se hvorfor man ikke bare tilbyder at sende et nyt sæt snørrebånd, eller kompensation. For uanset hvad, så går jeg ikke ud fra at I har tænkt jer at bytte en ellers udemærket, men brugt sko, alene på grund af misfarvning i snørrebåndet, og dette lagt oven i det besvær jeg så skulle til at have med at skulle pakke, sende, og undvære mine sko.
Vi kan godt tilbyde et par nye sorte snørebånd. Dog vil de ikke være som disse specielle flyknit snørebånd.
Eller kan jeg refundere din fragt.
Tror bare at jeg nøjes med en copypaste af mail samtalen, og smider den ind på trustpilot, sammen med en ret lav karakter.
For det er da næsten bedre end 39 ligyldige kroner, eller et par nye snørrebånd, der ikke engang er de rigtige.
Ringeste service of forståelse skal man lede længe efter.
Vi ses helt sikkert ikke igen.
Bedøm selv, personligt mener jeg at Unisport burde have imødekommet mig med nye snørrebånd, af den originale slags, måske enda en kompensation.
Da jeg trods alt spare dem for at skulle bytte hele skoen, som jeg egentlig er i min gode ret til.
Trods at [Navn] påstår, at man nok ikke vil kunne gøre noget alligevel.
Nej det er klart unisport, man levere en defekt vare, og mener ikke at man bør gøre noget ved det.
De får dog to stjerner for super hurtig levering og pris.
Dem der her inde har givet gode andmeldelser, må være dem der ikke har haft behov for deres (manglende) service.

Bedømmelsen er betsemt ikke blevet bedre, og havde egentlig besluttet mig for at fjerne den ene stjerne, eftersom jeg også de sidste to dage, har skulle kæmpe, i en alt for lang mail korrespondancen, for at ende med det jeg startede med at efterspørge.
Jeg får nu et par nye snørrebånd, men ingen undskyldning eller kompensation for energien og tiden brugt, på noget der burde have været så enkelt.
Og deres svar herinde, mangler lige den info, at jeg stadig skal bruge tid på at sende et par misfarvede snørrebånd retur til dem.
Og hvem kommer mon til at betale for dette?
Overordnet fortjener de nok flere stjerner, men for mit køb, og min oplevelse, kan det kun lige snige sig op på, at de beholder den anden stjerne.
Og overordnet set er jeg imod firmaer der først får ting til at lykkedes, efter at man har skrevet på tustpilot, og så tror at andre ikke fortjener at vide dette.
De ser mig nok ikke igen, uden undskyldning/kompensation.
Og det fra en sneakerhead der køber to til tre sneakers online, hver måned.
Yoox is a quite excellent site, but with some annoyances, such that their customer service is virtually impossible to get answers from when you write to them, and there are no option to call the customer service.
In addition, I find it reprehensible that as a Dane, must pay up to € 50 more for a pair of pants, than those who live in France, I know this because I am in France half the year, and therefore use the site both as a Dane and as a Frenchman, and I'm not talking about shipping costs.
Try to change the language and country of delivery on their site, and see with your own eyes that some of the prices are different.
This is some of what their customer refuses to answer to.
That said, I have only good experiences with fast delivery and easy refounds

I purchase three pairs of underpants to 110 € from this company, but realized immediately that it was a wrong model, and rushed to mail them just 5 minutes after the purchase was made, and asked them to cancel the order.
The day after I got the answer that this was not possible because the package was already delivered, but that I could return it, though I would have had to pay for the delivery.
I accepted this, since it basically was my fault, even though I thought it was strange that they had sent the package in less, than the 5 minutes it took to write them.
Another day after I wrote back to them and showed them a link to the model I really wanted to buy.
Another day passed and they wrote back with the same link, and asked if it was them I wanted to start with, and I confirmed this.
The day after I get an email with shipping information, this tells me that the package is first sent 5 days later than the date they said that the package was already sent, which was the reason I could not change or cancel the order.
So they had obviously lied about the shipping date.
Again I wrote to them to get an explanation for this, and wrote at the same time that I did not want to accept the package, and therefore would immediately cancel the delivery of DHL, which I promptly did.
The day after I get a new email from them, saying that they had sent the desired pair instead, and that I therefore had to pay the postage myself.
But they lied about the shipping, and at no time informed the me that they had changed the order for the desired model.
I kept asking them why they had initially lied about the shipping, and why they had never informed, that they had sent the desired model instead.
They have moved the money back to my account now, but kept the shipping costs both ways, which means that I'm due to their lies, and their miserable communication, paid for their poor way of doing business.
A new pair of £ 248.74 jeans with a failing stitching, even before being washed.
I knew that it was the last pair, so i wrote them and offered them this:
Hi, I was so happy with the jeans, but today I saw that the stitching was failing between the legs.
on which mail can I send you a picture of the problem?
Problem is that you dont have any more left of the same model, and I am really happy about them.
I can maybe get a tailor to repair them, and then I would be happy with a compensation.
Its both the stitching between the legs, and on the side stitching (The trademark stitching of DRKSHDW)

They wrote me back:

Following your mail showing that there was a stitching problem on the jeans, we will offer you a voucher to compensate this inconvenience.
Thank you for confirming you accept the voucher of £ 10.00. We will email you a promotional code to enter before confirming your next order at Menlook.

So I wrote em back:
Sorry for being a little sarcastic here, but if the £ 10.00. is compensation for the inconvenience, then who will pay for the tailor to fix the stitching?
The tailor alone will probably be £ 20.00. alone.
Last option would be to just return it back to you for a full refound.

The jeans was clearly in a bad condition already when i recieved it, I didnt even wash em yet, and your telling me that I am not able to return it if I want to?
Is it normal that you sell clothes of a bad quality, and then refuses to refound?
F....k! the 20 pounds, dont want to shop at menlook again anyway, they clearly dont refound if the clothes fall apart before even being washed.
After sending a link to this rewiew, in a mail to Menlook, they sudently decide to call me on my phone, and promised me a refound of 20 pounds through my Paypal account.
I agreed, since the tailor was only 10€
Just after we made the agreement they asked about this rewiew, and I promised to finish it, I think they thought I meant delete it.
But I would never do that, because it was clearly a matter of this rewiew, that I got some money in refound.
And if it takes a rewiew to get your money back, the rewiew really has its place here.
Goodbye Menlook, I will never see you again.
Bruger den simpelthen op til flere gange om dagen, bruger sitet til detaljer om skuespillere og instruktøre, ligesom jeg finder det nyttigt og pålideligt at bedømme film ud fra deres karakter på IMDB givet af brugerne.
Dog er det trist at man ikke længere kan linke sig direkte videre til trailers.
De har tingene på lager hvilket ikke kan siges om Humac som ikke engang kan betale deres leverandøre.
Jeg manglede enda et par skruer ved et køb, disse skruer lå dagen efter i min postkasse, smidt ind af en medarbejder, sikkert på vej hjem fra job.
