The customer service is excellent. I returned a shower mixer, and did not follow Hudson Reed's procedure for returns so did not have a RTA number, an order number or even the month of the return. Through a chat with a customer service representative while on the website, however, Hudson Reed immediately found the order number and issued a credit.
