I have had four orders from Dell in my life.
The first was a computer, which was great, except for when I went to install a graphics card and the graphics card slot was installed BACKWARDS against the wall of the casing so it had NO room for a graphics card!! I could not play certain computer games because of this.
The second was another computer, the one I am using now, no problems yet, it's a few months new still but it took a MONTH to arrive.
Third and Fourth were ordered together, a new printer and two ink cartridges to go with. The two ink cardridges did arrive right away but the printer...
I was told it would arrive in a week but it never came. I continued to receive three 'your order has been delayed' emails from Dell but then for weeks, they stopped coming and my order was past it's arrival date and still said 'in production'.
A month later, I call Dell after waiting on the phone for an hour and being rerouted to three different centres, was told my printer would arrive in two weeks no matter what on a certain date. That date was yesterday and it never came. I called them yesterday after being rerouted to two different centres again, they told me they could not help me and I had to be routed to another centre, which when I was, was closed. I had to call back being rerouted twice again and they told me the centre was closed for the day. I had to call back today and was rerouted four times and told my story twice (the guy just listened, letting me explain everything then just told me he was going to transfer me!!) and they FINALLY admitted there was something wrong with my order and it would NEVER come!!
They told me to order a new printer from the site (yeah right!) that was more expensive and without the $40 coupon I had on this printer. They NEVER told me about my order and that it was NEVER going to be made in SIX weeks AND LIED to me that it would come!! This was when I realised I ordered those ink cartridges and had to call back being rerouted four times again and finally got my refund for it!! Or at least, told I will. I have to wait for the refund since I have to return the cartridges. This calling and being on hold took HOURS out of my life.
DO NOT order from Dell, their customer service is a NIGHTMARE and if something is wrong with your order and your computer/printer/whatever is never going to be made, they WILL NOT TELL YOU. I am so sad to write this review, I wanted a good service from them, but lying and not updating on your order when it's not even going to be made is NOT right.

I ordered one of their new plush pets from the website. They shipped the item by FedEx and it arrived in about a week and that's from USA to Canada and going through customs! The item came in a large box for something its size but had a cheap flat rate of $10 which is amazing considering the items speed to Canada and box size. I will be ordering from them again.
My only points were that they do not accept paypal and that they never updated my order status from 'processed' to 'shipped'. My item is here and it still says 'processed', ha!
I've done two orders from wetseal. The first was for a single t-shirt, which arrived quickly and the right size. The other for a dress ad belt- both correct sizes, fast delivery and all great condition! I would not hesitate to buy from them. My only flaw was that they didn't ship to Canada but now they do! So a perfect review from me!
I ordered one pair of over-the-knee boots and a pair of heels off the Canadian site. My order came very fast and well packaged! I've worn the over-the-knee boots ALOT by now and walk in them for long distances- the quality is amazing and have no flaws. The heels (since I ordered this during winter) I have not worn yet but they appear very durable :D I will order again and was very impressed <3
