Item was bought by my son without discussing it first with me. Emailed cleverbox with plenty of notice (5 days prior to delivery) asking them not to send it and could I have my payment refunded. They never replied to my email, or refunded me, and just sent the item anyway. 'wev got your money now, so stuff you' was the attitude. Well cleverbox, there's nothing clever about that, try chancerbox.
