Slow customer service

Asked a simple question via the website regarding a deal I was interested in. Took 7 days to get a reply and only been told to contact the seller for more details...

Obviously deal gone by then. First impression matters so I'd rather not try my luck with them, don't want to get stuck with a voucher and not be able to get any answers.

We are very sorry to hear that you missed out on this deal. We do aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours however due to service demands we can on occasions take a while longer. We respond to all emails in chronological order to ensure fairness to all customers.

ok to order but had a query about the website and been ignored...

Got quote from supplier and they contacted me directly to take my order, then got it wrong and have been useless so had to cancel and wanted to give feedback on website but no options so contacted the website, still waiting for reply.

Would I use the website again, probably not and will go direct to supplier.

I don't want to work out how much I've wasted over the years using banks...

no issues at all, delivered quickly, only small issues is the delivery cost for small equipment so would place a larger order next time
