Like many people I made the unfortunate mistake (never to be repeated) of buying a BigBoy through Infurn. THat was 6 months ago and since then I've had a letter in the post saying delivery is soon, that was 2 months ago and nothing since.
I've sent emails to their support email and have tried their UK number and have never received a reply from anyone, or spoken to anyone at the company.
Is this just the biggest scam that Groupon have unveiled on their willing participants? I can't believe a real company would risk such damage to their reputation to behave in such a way.
If anyone has managed to get anything out of Infurn, or has a contact number I can try please email me. The next stop will be trading standards or consumer protection bodies. Judging by the hundreds of similar stories out there perhaps a group action should be considered against Infurn.
