Yodel tried to deliver one parcel three times in a row without hearing anything after each card (we were away and one card was in a flower bed), they keep the parcels for such a short time that when I had a chance to organise a redelivery I had to miss an organised activity to wait in. A second parcel was to be delivered at the same time as the other one but the card for this was not put in our post box and disappeared reappearing wet and muddy a day before it was to be returned to the company and after the redelivery I had just organised. This one they had only attempted to deliver once so only one card had been left and the driver hadn't filled in the number correctly so after several attempts at entering the 11 digits I had it finally let me speak to a human who grudgingly organised a delivery after their normal limit of days but yet again I have to miss an organised activity. Good thin I am on maternity leave or I would never get these parcels with their 'working day' delivery times!!!
I wanted to check the tracking as it had not been updated after my call so read the statement about :

What a joke, after several automated entries and entering tracking numbers I eventually got to a human who asked for all the info again.
I have several friends who now boycott any company that delivers with yodel due to their shocking service and I willnot be ordering again from these two companies.
