The sites are all well maintained with a lot of though in to how to get the best out of the facilities. The wardens always seem friendly and are keen to be helpful if you have a problem.

They are very efficient, the online system is simple and easy to use and the only time there has ever been a mistake, they were quick to rectify the situation.
I've used Ebuyer for quite a long time and in general been very happy, however they don't seem keen to accept the Sales of Goods Act and try and fob you off with a standard "Its outside of warranty, so nothing we can do." despite this not being true.
