Virginmedia
I tried to upgrade but gave up!
I have Virgin Broadband, Sky TV and BT telephone which is not particularly cost effective so thought I would telephone Virgin to transfer over to them for all three services. The telephone line (to India?) was terrible and I could hardly hear the customer services advisor or understand what she was saying..... not a great start when I am trying to buy telephone services from them! I asked if it was easy to swap my Sky Box to a Virgin Media box - she could not tell me! I hung up and tried to contact Virgin Media online to email them to inform them of my (bad) experience - the contact us link was not working. I gave up and am going to cancel my contract - don't these people want my business????? Grrrrr!

The worst customer services - ever!
This company has great stuff on their website but the thing is when you order them they don't arrive! I ordered items for Christmas to the value of £97 on the 4th December 2011. They did not arrive and I emailed and called IWOOT several times - no response. In the end I bought stuff my sons probably did not really want as Christmas gifts. Early January 2012 I complained and they sent me a claims form - I filled it in and sent it back - nothing. I called them and did it again - nothing. I telephoned them and they said they would send me a refund cheque - we are now almost 5 MONTHS LATER and still - NOTHING!!!!!!! Grrr their Customer Services is dreadful - I am STILL WAITING to get this sorted out!
