Never Received Item....23 Days later still awaiting refund
I placed an order on 31th Oct which was due to be delivered 2nd Nov. Item never came....when I emailed my protein they said they didnt have enough stock and would let me know when they had more stock and item would be dispatched. I then asked for a refund and was told it would take a few days, now 2 weeks on I am still awaiting refund and have had to open a claim with paypal to try and get money back. Could never get through to customer services on phone either....or on one occasion I did it was the overflow and the girl said she would make sure someone rang me back (guess what.....am still waiting for return call) Terrible service.....would never use again.
