My experience of Barclays is very mixed, as a business user i have lot of dealings with Barclays. If i have a problem and i have to use the call centres then i find them extremely poor. I never have any issues when dealing with my branch or any branch managers. Barclays business managers seem to be lacking any real knowledge of the business world and it's hard work dealing with them especially the ones who seem to have just left education.
Sky is fine until you have too pick up the phone for anything, unless you are phoning from a sky line the cost is excessive and you can never find out or solve anything.
The options you have on the phone never relate to what you want and then you get passed from pillar to post.
Shocking company probably the worst i have ever used,
Full of dodgy equipment clothes etc, never know what you are going to get. i reckon give it a couple of years and Ebay will be no more
Whilst i have been a regular user of glasses direct, i still think your delivery times are a tad too slow. I also have issues with the fitting of lenses, i have brought various glasses over the years and they all in time seem to slip out of their fixings. Apart from that can grumble too much.
