going to cut me off after a day of my tivo box was installed in my bedroom

well im very down and mad that virgin media are going to cut me off after i had my tivo box installed in my bedroom and they never told me about a credit limit was 110pound and it went to 118pound so why did they let it go through as a sale then,im 65years old and carnt live without the internet so i can chat to family over abroad,they never tell you about hidden cost,richard branson please do something about this please!!
