Having used Cloggs 4 other times in the last year and given excellent feedback each time, I was extremely disappointed with the returns procedure on this occasion.
I had to return my gorgeous DMs as a seam split after less than a month, in the returns box I enclosed details of the boots that I wanted to receive as an exchange. I received an email stating that as I had taped the box when I returned the item, I would have to have them back and that neither an exchange nor a refund was possible.
I made a point of reminding them of my statutory rights and eventually, after a lengthy weight, I received an email informing me of a pending refund. There was no apology or personal comment and no exchange offered, simply a standard email.
The service on this occasion was surprisingly disappointing after previous excellent service with excellent products.
