omg dreadful

Ordered my dinner from justeat.co.uk went through all the pages gave my card details came up processing and then the site crashed. phoned the takeaway they did not have the order checked my bank account and £17 was out of my bank. called customer service possibly the worse staff in the world not willing to help not willing to let us speak to a manager, all the agent kept saying is you need to email you need to email. its a Friday night you have took money from my account dont really want to be sending emails. i wont be using this site again
