I have used Economy car rentals several times now. Except for one slightly lazy supplier at Turkey all other suppliers have been great. The cars have been as described or better. Cannot fault the price or service of the suppliers and this is for Spain, Tenerife and Tunisia. Would recommend and use again.
Helpful and friendly staff. Were there to pick up car and delivered car within 5 minutes of me getting to the pick up point. No complaints and quick service. saves a lot of time and hassle compared to parking your car in a car park and then using shuttle services.
I have used stress free parking several times, always from Gatwick. No complaints ever and appreciated the ease of dropping off and picking up of my car.
However this time I was flying out of Heathrow. A couple of days before the flight I got emails with apologies that they have had to use an alternative provider for the the meet and greet service. when I called them they were again apologetic and very helpful. On the day, all went well with polite and friendly people on the phone. However at the airport the person who was supposed to book the car in, was out of his depth. He could not manage his customers, and everyone seemed to be following him trying to hand his car in.
However once I arrived, and I called we had the same polite and friendly service. It was very nice to hear the person at the other end picking up the phone and saying my name rather than just a hello. Showed professionalism. The car was delivered within time with the driver being very professional and courteous.
So five stars for service on my arrival but unfortunately because of the hassle and stress at the drop off time, down to 3 stars.
