I received an email in the early hours of Thurday morning to say the item had come back into stock. As I was up, I logged on an placed the order and on Friday the goods were with me. Cannot ask for a better service than that. Very reasonably priced too.
I went to Pet Supermarket for two reasons - one was I can do it through nectar and get points and two I received an email offering 10% discount which made the items competitive with my normal suppliers.
I was a bit surprised to see a estimated delivery date of about a week but this was okay for my requirements. The delivery however arrived within about 3 working days.
Would recommend Pet Supermarket.
Found the website through Google after realising my normal supplier had put a massive mark up on the food I have been buying. Was initially put off by the website as it didn't look as professional as I was used to, however looked up the contact details to make sure they were legitimate and all seemed to be. Went ahead and ordered the item and then again was a little put off by the fact they used CityLink for a courier, however as I wasn't in an immediate rush for the food, I was happy to carry on. I used paypal as an option for payment as again was a little concerned being the first time I had used the company.
Was informed by email that the order was received, when it was dispatched, when it was on the vehicle and when it was delivered which was next working day.
All in all a brilliant service and a company I will be using again and again!!
