Perfect service, great experience!
I ordered £16 faux leather leggings on Saturday night, free 3-5 day postage. They were delivered on Monday! Given the bad reviews I thought they might take a long time to arrive or be cheap and nasty looking - but nope - delivered early and look far more expensive than they cost. Yay! Happy shoppin' sisters :)

Bad experience - wont but from made.com again
Ordered a hexagon shelving unit in January for delivery on 9 April. 15 April still haven't heard anything from made.com. Contacted company to find out what was going on - received an apologetic email telling me 2 months delay and offering me £25 off *future* purchases.

Trustworthy, excellent product & customer service
It's not difficult to have an acceptable retail experience, but finding an experience that is exactly, exactly as you want it is very rare. I love watchfinder & will use them again & won't hesitate to recommend them because:

2. Guaranteed bonafide product - in my case a rare model 8 years old refurbed by watchfinder & in mint condition
