Not always the best prices, but buyer reviews are a useful gauge too!

Need to sort out the problem of non-paying bidders and people who downrate P&P charges when seller is only adding 40p on to cover 80p's worth of packaging.
Really do need to make buyers pay up and promptly too. There is nothing more annoying than a last minute bidder that does not pay or contact - yet they were there at the end of the auction!
Additionally it is frustrating when buyers downrate p&p on the star system, yes some sellers do take advantage and load the postate, I do not, yet my postage and packing rate is sliding down. It is sot my fault what postage and couriers (ie fuel) costs!.

Always reliable in recent months and friendly efficient drivers
Since they imploded last December, normal service has been resummed and they are efficient and reliable with cheerful staff. Hope they learnt their lesson!

Took a while to arrive - inadequatly packed - damage to item packaging
They emailed after a few days to let me know they were picking and despatchign the order. took a few days more for it to arrive. these days we do tend to expect things to be shipped the next day and arrive within 3-4. So from that point of view slow. However, good communication and arrived in a reasonably timely fashion. A box or jiffy bag would have been better packaging as the items box was crushed.
