Slow Service
I ordered and paid for goods on Monday 23 July (free delivery), however, my goods were not despatched until Friday 27 July. Not satisfied that it took four days for order to be processed and despatched. No complaints with the service of UPS, the carriers who delivered Monday 30 afternoon.

I ordered a Saniflo Compact toilet from Buyaparcel as they were by far the cheapest on the internet. Unfortunately the unit was broken on delivery inspection and I returned it without acceptance. I contacted the supplier directly by phone and was connected without undue delay. I was told that a replacement would be despatched from stock and given my chosen delivery date. I received this promplly and intact. In my opinion as a regular internet shopper this was definitely first class service. Well done!!
