Quite simply move on and don't trouble yourself with VERY. They aren't worth the hassle. Have had an account for three months and all three orders they have messed up either in the order process, the delivery or the account. Slap dash lazy customer service. goodbye and good riddance . ordered a new shower valve. got great help and advice from Shower Doctor. unfortunately item failed to turn up despite paying for next day delivery. Parcelforce, as usual, didn't bother delivering it. Called the local post office, who I know, and they confirmed that Parcelforce hadn't attempted delivery and wouldn't attempt delivery.
