Having placed an order online, I then found myself near a store so I popped in to see if I could simply collect. I was told this wasn't possible because it was being processed, only to then get an email saying my order had been cancelled once I got home!
To add to my frustration, after speaking to customer services I was just told my payment had been refused because of my address. I was then told if I placed the order again it may just get rejected again, so I should go to the shop to buy; despite having been in the shop only a few hours before!!!!! Very unhelpful 'customer service' and an inconvenient experience for me to have waited for home delivery only to be told to go instore.
