I sent them my old VHS video after playing it on my own VHS player and deciding that the quality was too poor for me to transfer the video onto DVD myself.
I hoped that they would be able to get a better copy. When the DVD arrived I played it and it seems better than the original.
When picking up the car, the lady tried heavily to make me buy more insurance, threatening me with a statement such as "we will charge you £600 if the car gets a puncture if you don't take this insurance" and "you will be charged £600 if the car is damaged even if it is not your fault"
