Not Good
my phone has been broken since 17th January and has not come back on. i am still being charged and no-one will help me. they can see i have not used my landline since Jan so i should get a refund.
the phone did ring a couple of days agao and i checked the number....it wasnt even mine but the line failed again within 20mins.
Help Virgin Media....you are quick to take my money but not good at giving it back!!!!!
easy to use
I have just joined FB and thought it would be daunting but it is easy to use...and has really good helpful hints to get around. just need some of my friends to join me now!! thanks Facebook
