my phone has been broken since 17th January and has not come back on. i am still being charged and no-one will help me. they can see i have not used my landline since Jan so i should get a refund.
the phone did ring a couple of days agao and i checked the number....it wasnt even mine but the line failed again within 20mins.
Help Virgin Media....you are quick to take my money but not good at giving it back!!!!!
