After receiving a delivery note with both my items included and a date for expected delivery, i was surprised to find only one of the two skirts in the package. There was no explanation, i had received no emails saying anything was out of stock. I had to contact them and ask what the problem was, via email as no telephone numbers, and wait to be told that they had run out of stock and I then had to wait for my account to be re-credited with the money!
The item i received was very nice and good value for money, shame about the service.
used frequently for birhtdays and events, find the website easy to use and cards always arrive when they should
whilst the online ordering service via company credit card is very smooth, trying to order via an account and order no. is very problematic, and indeed still have had no goods!
Also after I had ordered found a discount code online, as a regular educational customer it would have been nice to have been emailed me any such codes/offers.
