Bad service and no warranty

First, unlike some others, I had shipping difficulties. The company spent 3 days "verifying" my address and another day packing for shipment. They missed the delivery date given at the time of order by several days. Second, the packaging they used for camera lenses (!) is bubble-wrap in a paper envelop; one of my lense boxes was damaged in transit, so I cannot return it for a full refund. Third, and most importantly, for those buying Nikon products this company is not an authorized dealer. This means, for example, that you CANNOT qualify for the Nikon extended 5 year lens warranty.
