Where are my glasses!
Promised delivery dates didn't happen.
Glasses returned by post office, because they tried to deliver late & I was away.
2 months on, no glasses ....

No tracking numbers - product not delivered
Ordered a Panasonic ZX1 red - apparently in stock on Mar 9th for next day delivery.
Got email from buyacamera to say it had been despatched, but no tracking number.
Did not arrive on the 10th. Contacted them on the 11th, they said they would chase it up. Said parcelforce had lost it, and would despatch another. I asked for a tracking number - none given.
Did not arrive on the 12th. They claimed Parcelforce had lost again!!
Only good thing - refund given quickly.
I would not trust someone who cannot give you a tracking number.
Would never use again.
