Mislead by Web Video Pt2

Not only was I Mislead by the web video regarding software that was supposedly included with the unit, when I questioned the staff at the Production Room, they informed me that Korg had stopped supplying the software. A quick email to Korg and the software was on my doorstep the next day.

SO WHY COULDNT THE PRODUCTION ROOM DO THAT

Sorry Jeff, we were unaware that this was stated in the video and were unable to get the software. We removed the video immediately and as you said we were very happy to exchange for the Akai unit. Thanks for the review and we hope we can help in the future.
