I did correspond with the buyer when I received an email, which was not until after they posted the problem that they experienced. I apologized for the problem that they had and offered a complete refund in that I did not have any more of that item in stock. The customer said that they had glued the horn back on and appreciated my contacting them and acknowledged that there has obviously been a communication problem in their first attempt.
