I ordered a IVORY dress it came in a blue color, I called waiting for 40 minutes to get through to talk to a lady who was rude and incompetent that they call the 'supervisor'. She told me it was not their fault and I would have to pay a total of 160 dollars to get the ivory dress I loved. That price is completely ridiculous, I could buy another dress with the money they are scamming me just to fix THEIR mistake. I originally hated ordering online, I am NEVER ordering online again. HORRIBLE service. Not to mention I never got the free silicone bra, absolutely horrible, thanks to them I will not have the prom dress I dreamed of, let alone go to prom at all.

Thank you for your feedback. I have consulted your order and the PO shows an order selection of the color "cobalt", which is the blue color you were shipped.
That said, we have also happily issued you a return to change your dress to a new order of ivory.
