Hudson Reed fills their end of the promise.

Hudson Reed, like all companies, do have glitches with their service. However, Hudson Reed is the first company that I have ever dealt with who went out of their way to ensure that in the end, their customers are completely satisfied. I bought two very exspensive exsposed shower heads, one internal piece malfunctioned, and Hudson Reed, as they claim with their products, credited me the price for the replacment piece. Now that I am completely done, I am very happy with the finished product and will once again go through Hudson Reed for future home improvents.
